EchoSgn sending duplicate emails

I have a user who is using Adobe Acrobat Pro.  She is trying to use "Fill & Sign".  She clicks "FIll & Sign" then "Send or Collect Signatures" then "Get Others to Sign".  The PDF does send the email out for signature.  However, the recepient and the sender receive 2 emails for each signature request (one immediately after the other).  I have ried this on my computer with a file and do not receive the duplicate emails.  Is there a setting that she should check?  Any help would be appreciated (especially since I can't call Adobe as they do not answer, and the chat option for an EchoSign issue is not available).  Thanks
