Echosign

I received an email from my credit card company asking me to sign and submit a document that they wanted to verify my information with the IRS. The agent with Discover was walking me through the process and he told me to click the button "click and sign" but when I did that, it automatically submitted the form and sent it off somewhere. I thought I was just signing it because he told me that I needed to print it out and then upload it to their website. I was not authorizing the IRS to release my information. Discover was no help and told me there was nothing that can be done. Is there someway to cancel this? They tricked me into signing it and I didn't want to do that. I've never in my life seen a form where sign and submit was one step. Every other time you get a chance to review the information and then you can send it. This auto did it and I hadn't read everything and was trying to better understand what it was that they are wanting me to verify.

The email was from echosign and I contacted Equifax and the agent hung up on me and had no clue what I was referring to. Discover was no help and getting a hold of someone at the IRS is going to be impossible. Can anyone help me with this? Is there a way to cancel this? I did not want to submit this document.
