Echosign APIs

I have a client using https://secure.echosign.com/services/EchoSignDocumentService17 to submit contracts for signature from a CLM system, however earlier in the year it stopped working. When I try to navigate to the URL it tells me it's an invalid sop request. Has this address been deprecated and what do I do to get the client able to submit through APIs again. They are curently using Adobesign manually but want to submit from the CLM app again.
