Hi MrMatt,

I'm not completely sure if it will help you but I would recommend something like PDF Forms Designer to actually create your form and the import or add the Echosign fixtures after you've designed your form. Keep in mind that this tool uses Java and Javascript so you'll want to make sure all of your security certificates are up to date as well as your making sure your Java is updated to the most recent version.

This should allow you to create the forms you need without too much issue.
