We have an adobe sign account and linked with my salesforce application to allow user to electronically sign document.  Application is working fine if adobe account user login to salesforce(admin user) click on the sign document button, he receive a document URL and able to see document to sign it.

But, if any non adobe account user login to salesforce (admin user), click on sign document button, he is not able to access document URL, he also should be able to access the document url to sign it. could you please help us on this.

Is there API reference to get the signing URL. We would like to implement a functionality where specific salesforce profile user can access the adobe generated document to sign it.

Appreciate your urgent help on this,
