Echosign error

My business user was trying to send a document and started to get the below error. Everything was good till yesterday but this started to happen from today. Does anyone have idea on what this means?

    I assume you already have got a resolution to this issue. If any other is experiencing this issue it can't be resolved on the forum. I would suggest contacting our support.

    Log in to Adobe Sign account click on? symbol and then choose the available option to connect to support
