Echosign Freezing When Sending on iPad in Safari

I'm hoping someone here can provide a bit more help than Adobe's support...

We have Echosign integrated with SFDC and use it to send agreements for signature via iPads in Safari. However, lately we've encountered an issue wherein a user will click the Send for Signature button and the page with the EchoSign progress bar comes up and starts progressing. However, it never quite makes it to the end of the bar and the agreements are never sent. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Hello Rodriguez,

I am having also the same problem .

My customers with a iMac, iPad or iPhone, cannot sign my documents because it won't send.

It looks like (when I call them) there is no send button, after they sign the document.

I'm still having a answer or sollution from Adobe

I am also having the same problem except I am using OS X El Capitan 10.11.1

I have clear out my cache and restarted my machine.  I am using Chrome Version 46.0.2490.86 (64-bit)


Please let me know what you find.

What have you tried sofar troubleshooting this issue?

Which iOS devices are you using which freeze?

Does it work when you try in Chrome?
