Echosign is no longer working

My echo sign stopped recognizing signature fields and sending out the document without asking???? this started yesterday because Sunday it was working fine .. anyone has the same issues ??? how to I reach technical support ?

It appears as though Adobe Sign is reacting out of the norm, which could be down to a technical error. To get this investigated, please reach out to our 24x7x365 Support Team following the steps found in the link below:

To automatically recognize a signature field in a document, you'd either need to use a Text Tag or an Adobe Sign Form Field Template. The Text Tag for a signature field is: {{Sig_es_:signer1:signature}}

Please let us know what exactly you mean when you say "sending out documents without asking"?

Are you experiencing an issue with the documents you send for signature or the one you are trying to sign?

Please provide us more information on the issue.

Open the link and sign in with your Adobe ID.

Then select the product from the option provided there.

this is what I am experiencing:

1) when you upload  a doc and is asking you to automatically recognize the signature field ..that feature no longer works and I have to manually put in signature blocks.

2) At one occasion it send out the document even i was still in the signature block input mode.
