how do you make echosign signature optional?  the question is "sign only if declining xyz"

    Hello Katiec1956,

    Even if you make a signature field optional using Show/Hide condition, still an additional signature block would be added if you are sending a document to signer. As a workaround, you can use Approver role which only approves document and not sign.
