Edit Form Fields after Form Filler submits
I am trying to come up with a routing flow for a template that allows for more than one form filler to edit a field. We regularly have scenerios where an applicant will fill out an application incorrectly and we need to be able to correct it and send it back for signature. - Form Filler applicant@email.com
- Form Filler validator@email.com
- Signer applicant@email.com
- Signer approver@email.com
The problem with this scenerio is once the applicant submits the form as a Form Filler the fields are not enabled for editing. So if corrections are needed we cant do that before asking for signature. Surely there is a way of doing that. I even tried setting conditions on the field to enable the field if Signature 1 is not signed. Doesnt work.
We are using the Enterprise version of Adobe Sign.
