Editing a message template

Good Afternoon,

When i first signed up for Esign, i was able to create and edit our Message template in the send tab.

We only use the 1 message template when sending proof's for approval.

I can not seem to find the message tab in the settings, which allows me to edit the wording of the template.

Can i have some help pushing me in the right direction?

Hello Natasha,

Did you upgrade to an individual level account? If yes, then message template option is only available in Business & Enterprise edition. If you want, I can still check your account and would need you inbox me your registered email address.
