Hello,



I would like to have a charter signed by all the employees of my company. There are almost 110 of them.



I wanted to know if there was a way to power using an existing list to insert them all at the same time?



Or do I have to type them one by one?

    You may use bulk send feature of QuickSigner app.

    Hi Pauline,

    With MegaSign can send a document in bulk to a list of recipients where they each receive their own document to eSign. None of the respondents can see each others' documents, and you will receive a signed copy via email and in your portal whenever a recipient signs an agreement.

    Whats more, you can even add automatic email reminders (daily or weekly) to ensure the recipients all sign the agreements without having to chase manually.

    To use this feature you need the Adobe Sign Business license.
