email address I am trying to send a document to for signing is not recognised. Its a new top level domain name.

I am trying to send a contract to an email address and E-Sign won't recognise the email address.

It's a new top level domain. so doesn't finish in the normal .co.uk or .com

The contact has told me to update my software?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
