Email fields in echo sign document

I have a echo sign document in which the email id of the signer is populated, when the document is signed the email id get truncated as below

On believing that this due to the width of the email id filed, tried increasing it by introducing white spaces {{                                                   Em_es_:signer:email}}, how ever the width doesn't increase beyond 2px. Could some one please help on this
