Email from Adobe Sign (via SSA) link not working

I cannot open the link to an e-signed Social Security document that Adobe Sign sent my relative. I noticed that the two "Open Document" buttons included are just plain text and do not include an actual link. My relative does not have an account with Adobe Sign so they can't log in to see the document. Is this an issue that Adobe, Social Security, or Yahoo should handle? I have also tried Firefox, Chrome, and the Mail app on Mac.

Hi Kiera31852856uml3 and bornfreeAAA,

Sorry about the delay in response.

Could you please confirm the link you are referring to? Is it about the link that is sent via email to open and sign the document? Or are you trying to open the completed document?

It would be helpful if you could share the screenshot of the link you are trying. Also, check if you can access those documents under the Manage tab in the Acrobat Sign account.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

The exact same thing happened to me today. Completed the form, signed. Confirmed email. Received an email stating "You've completed signing form CDR455 The agreement if fully executed" I thought all is well! But the links that are supposed to allow me to make a copyand see the document are dead links. I like you, tried on countless browsers and systems.

What is your next plan of action? my biggest worry is whether SSA will be able to access the document?

Have you received any further information regarding this? Regardless of the bad links in the email confirmation did you receive a reponse from your online form? I really hope you have heard something back. This is my firsy CDR I did online. I sure hope they get it. Did they get yours? Is there a way to checkup on it?
