Email link not working

Every time I click the email link I was sent so that I can sign the form, it opens up a page that says the document has already been signed. However I haven't signed it yet and need to sign it. What is wrong?

Can you recheck as this message is only shown once the document is signed. I would request to contact the sender to resend the document.
