Email links with iPad

Hello,

On three occasions now, we've had e-signers not able to get to the documents to sign when accessing the link from their iPads. The links themselves were fine when accessed from their laptops, so that wasn't the problem. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any way to work around it?

Hi Jgolen,

Please make sure that the internet connection is not intermittent.

We have tried to replicate the same on our end and we can open the document using the link on iPads without any issue.

Could you please confirm what happens when they click on the link to open the document?

Do they get any error message?

What is the OS version installed on the iPad?
