Email not send for requesting review and esign

Hi Guys,

Currently I have create a power automate flow to send agreement for receipient. However, the email was not on second step "Create an agreement from a library template and send for signature"

When I checked the adobe, waiting for filing

Do you think if this relate to licence that I have?. Because I have seen a lot of tutorial. The second step should sent an email from adobesign@adobesign.com to recipient to Review and Sign. Thank you
