Email profile & name update

Hi,

I'm looking to update my profile, I need the email & name changed. In my profile I cannot do this.

My question is, do I have to update my creative cloud account, then go through the verification again?

Cheers.

Hi Dave,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I assume you are referring to the making changes on Adobe Sign account? If yes, then following the steps mentioned in the help document below yo can apply the changes.

Reference help document: Change name for an Adobe Sign Profile when using an Adobe ID to log in

Let us know if this doesn't work.
