Email reply, Customize with image. Where?
In the trial version I had more options. For example could be customized with a image, email they received the signatories. Now in the paid version, I do not have this option. Where I can find it?

Please be informed Adobe Sign Trial account is a Premium level service that has upload Logo feature, which is not available in Adobe Sign Individual account service level.
You will have to upgrade to Business or an Enterprise Adobe Sign account to avail this feature:
- Adobe Sign plans for individuals and businesses | Adobe Document Cloud
