email sent by AdobeSign with standard text

The agreement that has been sent by e-mail by AdobeSign for signature measures does mention in the STANDARD text the name of our FORMER financial person. This person is always the last person that has to sign. 

HOW DO I CHANGE THIS NAME IN THE STANDARD TEXT BY THE NAME OF OUR PRESENT FINANCIAL PERSON
