Hi everyone,

I got an issue with adobe sign. I use it connected in power automate to send documents to be signed by different users. It works fine, but suddenly some users can't receive the notifications, and adobe sign log the error "email sent to [user] bounced and could not be delivered". It only happens with two users, and the email is not beeing rejected by antivirus or email rules. It worked fine till yesterday. The rest of the users, in the same organization, are not experiencing this problem.

Thanks for your help, greetings.

Hi,

already did it, it's on the whitelist, also echosign@echosign.com as suggested previously in the linked doc.

Thanks

Hi All,

Thank you for your patience so far.

We checked with the team, and there were some issues going on, which have now been resolved.

Please check and let us know if you are still experiencing the behavior.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

We are also facing the same issue since 5:30am IST. Below is the error message. Is there some issue which the team at Adobe is aware of?

Expecting 'REJECTED,RECALLED' but was 'EMAIL_BOUNCED'
