Email to the Document Creator email address is bouncing

Question

Hello, we are having an issue with emails bouncing but it only seems to be to the address of the account that created the document to be signed.

adobesign@adobesign.com has been added to the safe senders list and as you can see from the attached other email addresses in our domain are receiving emails ok.

Can anyone assist?

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know if this happens when sending a particular document or with any document you send for signature and includes the sender as the recipient.

Try sending a test document and yourself and an alternate email address. See if that flows without any issues.
