emailed complete forms to I phones. Fields appear blank on mobile device.

I send a lot of forms I make with the fields completed. When I email them to clients who own I phones they open the pdf I sent to them then when they open the form the fields are blank. If they open the form on their computer it opens completely. Is there a setting I can change in our program?
