Employee Claims to have not received a document.

I have never encountered this issue before, and I am guessing that the employee is not being truthful. I sent out a document for signature, twice - both say they have been viewed with the date/time stamped. This employee insists he has not received either one - said he has checked his spam folder as well as inbox. Are there any instances of the tracker not being accurate - or falsly showing someone had viewed it?

If the document shows as viewed under the manage tab, then it is definitely seen. Please ensure that you have sent the document to the correct email address. 

The document shows as viewed only if it was open by the recipient.
