Employment Contracts in Germany

Question

Does anyone have any definitive guidance on what type of service to use for Adobe Sign in Germany?

It is our last country still using DocuSign, part of the reason is the use of a product to do Video verification of the end user.

We our a company that manages Contractors for other companies so users are signing contracts related to employment/work contracts. We can use Electronic Signatures but I can't figure if I need to use AES or QES methods in Germany. I then can't clearly see which Adobe Advanced authentication product would be classes as QES or AES. Although support have provided some guidance it is all very vague.
