Enabling Advanced Account Sharing feature - Adobe Sign - Lies (Buyer Beware)
As I unfortunately suspected, Enabling Advanced Account Sharing feature - Adobe Sign (Enabling Advanced Account Sharing feature) This support article misleads users into thinking that they need to simply contact support to enable this feature. They even go as far as saying "This is a one-way change and cannot be reverted"
Of course in true Adobe fashion, the support Rep tells you that you need to upgrade to the Enterprise Plan in order to use it. There is no mention of this in the support article, help, or anywhere. This is sad that this company has become so desperate as to resort to hiding sales in support articles. Just be honest and say "This feature is part of the Adobe Sign Enterprise Plan" in the article.
This is the functional equivalent of telling existing car owners, in order to add Power Windows, please contact the service department. When you arrive, the service tech says - "Oh - You need to upgrade your vehicle to include Power Windows, it's an optional sales feature; and you need to purchase a fleet of cars, 5 or more to get it. - Let's get you a new car sales rep"
This is a testament of how unpopular their enterprise plan is. The competitors don't hide behind this tactic. So if you are looking for this feature, Don't contact support, go with another provider or go ahead and upgrade to their Enterprise plan. << Small business owners beware - You have to call, there are user minimums, and in true Adobe tradition, it's as expensive as possible designed for HUGE, LARGE, BLOATED, Fortune 500 Companies with unlimited wallets and ignorant "price unconscious" decision makers who believe in paying 10 to 20 times more per month for services based on name brand. -- You are not important enough to get this on your meager Team plan.
