Hi,

Is it possible to end/complete the process of adobe sign when a particular number of people have signed the document.

For e.g: We send it to 5 people and out of them 3 sign it, so the process should end here.

Thanks

Correct answer C4T.

Hi,

It is not. The Adobe agreement will only be completed once all parties (all recipients: be it approvers, signers, counter-signers, etc.) have fulfilled their role, accordingly.

You're welcome.

Re, if you are simply sending a "FYI"/communication (that does not require signatures) I would recommend that you consider using Mega Sign. With the Mega Sign feature, you (as the sender) are informed whenever each individual signer has signed. And you get N individually signed documents. This gives you the flexibility to not wait for all N (in your case, 5) signers to complete their role.
