Hi Community, I just want to know if the documents already sent out (when in the trial period) for signing are still able to be signed when the trial period ends, thanks! Do I need to upgrade my account to a paid version before other people can sign the file already in their email inbox? Thanks.

Hi AdamLiu,

Once the documents are sent, they will still be available for signature.

It does not matter if the trial period ends.

As you have mentioned that you were using the trial account, I can see that your account is still in the trial period.

Once the trial period ends, it will change into free account if you do not purchase the subscription.

However, you will still be able to view and sign documents using that account.

Hope that information provided above helps.

Let us know if you have any other queries.
