Endless redirect when trying to contact support!

I have an active paid adobe sign subscription, but can't contact their support:

From the "Contact Support" under the question mark menu at the top right corner inside the web app, I get redirected to https://helpx.adobe.com/support/sign.html

From this URL, under "Contact Us",  I click "start now" and then get redirected to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.dc.html#sign

In this page, there is a "sign in" option under "assisted support", even though I was already signed in... clicking this "sign in" gets me back to a sign in form, and after signing in I get redirected back to the web app...

How can one contact their support?! Isn't there a simple support email??

Hi,

The support e-mail service was discontinued. So you can't send an email for support.
Also, Adobe Support is available for Enterprise Plan.

Use this link, and when the page opens, you will have a Chat option on bottom right hand side.
You can connect to support team, and try to tell your query.
