Enterprise Account yet no widget option

How do I go about getting the create widget for my dashboard. I have my individual yet enterprise account. And then there's an account that is run by someone else, and it's enterprise too, but we don't get the Create Widget option we so desperately need. Is there a way to solve this?

Hi khallNI,

I have checked the account with the email ID you have provided.

You have an individual account under this email address.

The option to create a widget is only available in Business and Enterprise account, that is the reason you do not find the option on your account.
