ERP Email Preference

We'd like all agreement emails to be "distributed" from the same email address and replace the user's name with the company name. Is there a way to do this without a cutomization fee?

For example, all agreement will be emailed from sign@company.edu vs the business analyst email that setup the workflow in PowerAutomate.
