good, to sign a PDF document, sometimes firm and sometimes gives me "Error 13" is due to? and how to solve



Exactly I get this "

Not able to create this signature.



Error during signature:



The cryptographic service provider of Windows has reported an error:

Invalid data.

Error Code: 13

buenas, al firmar un documento PDF, unas veces firma y otras veces me da "error 13" ¿a que se debe? y como resolverlo

Exactamente me sale esto "

No se ha podido crear esta firma.

Error durante la firma:

El proveedor de servicios de cifrado de Windows ha informado de un error:

Datos no válidos.

Código de error: 13

Is there any other software involved here besides Acrobat and Windows 7? That is, is there a smart card in use or some kind of third party signature handler, or is it just Acrobat using a digital ID in  either a file or maybe loaded into Windows?

Estimado Rave,

Tengo el mismo problema que Vic y, efectivamente tengo otra credencial (smart card) o controlador de firma de terceros. He intentado varias soluciones sin éxito. Espero puedas ayudarme. Muchísimas gracias!

Sounds like you are trying to sign using a certificate in Acrobat rather than using Echosign. Best ask your question in the Acrobat forums
