Error 404 when trying to issue docs for esignature

Hi,

I am getting a 404 error when trying to issue doucuments for esignature in Adobe Arobat .

I can add the email address, when i click sign and review, the error comes up.

Please try sending document via the Acrobat Online account. Check if that works fine.

If that works, please share the Acrobat and OS version on the machine.

Also, share the screen recording of the workflow. We will get this checked.
