Error: bounced and could not be delivered
Hello,
I have an enterprise user that's getting the status message of "bounced and could not be delivered" when sending our documents from Adobe Sign. Hoping to get assistance with tracing the failure from the Adobe side. Our IT department has checked our mail server and there is no inbound email attempt from Adobe Sign to deliver the message to the target user. This implies that the email transmission was terminated well before any delivery attempt.
Also note that no changes have been made to the email configuration on our end. AdobeSign's domains are on our allow list. The recipient(s) email address is correct and the target mailbox is active.
