The fact, as an enterprise user, I cannot find support and the system continues to log me out when I click on help, is annoying, but my major problem is this:
When attempting to sign documents, I click "Sign" and then the following appears:
Sorry, we were not able to process your request.
Please sign in and try again.
If this error persists, please contact support.

I have rebooted the computer, cleared the cache, etc. Does anyone have any help to provide?
