Error code 220329044710216

Question

I am trying to use Adobe Sign but I am getting an error saying Sorry, w were not able to process your request". It is also displaying error code - 22032944710216.app-b13 - It has been coming up for the last week every time I try and use it.

Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated

We have checked your account and see that it shows as active and working.

Please try using an alternate browser or the New incognito window in the Chrome browser. Check if you can access the service.

Did you make any recent changes, after which you have started experiencing the issue?
