Error in Sending Documents

Hello, 

 

I have many documents sent out for signature but it seems none of the signers are receiving them- everytime i send them i receive a confirmation that it has been sent. and i can now see that they are still many documents  pending signatures on my queue..however in one case, that was already routed 3 times , none of the signers received it- Can someone please assist me with this?

As mentioned, the document sent for signature was not received by the signers. Could you please check if the documents were not received or reached the spam or junk folder? 

Did this behavior start recently? More information would be helpful to investigate this issue further.

I have the same issue and most times the email routes to the receiver's spam or junk folder, especially if it's not a gmail email account.  Most times, I send a separate email giving the recipient a 'heads up' to look for the document.  It's very frustrating and adds more time consumption.
