Error: invalid multipart was specified

Question

hi, using Architecture: arm64Processor: Apple M2Build: 24.2.20736.0AGM: 7.1.4CoolType: 9.1.0JP2K: 4.0.2.54248 and I always was able to request e-signatures with my agreement but now I'm getting this odd error: invalid multipart was specified. Can anyone help?

If you are still experiencing the issue, please let us know if you are sending the document via the desktop application or the web version. Are you using the integration feature?

Share the screenshot of the error message. Also, check if the issue occurs with any particular document.

It would be helpful if you could share the video of the steps you do and the error that appears.

Let us know if the issue has already been resolved.
