Error message not connected to internet when trying to sign a doc

Hello,

I got an error message when I try to sign a doc.

This message in French says that I'm not connected to internet and in fact I'am .

I'm using the network of my enterprise where only https and http protocol are autorized.

Do you know if there are some specific parameters to setup in the Proxy or somme URL to white list ?

I have the same problem at times.  Our IT department assures me I am connected to the internet, and in fact I can navigate in my browser to other sites, so this seems to be an Adobe issue.  I also work through my organization's network, and am wondering if there is some setting that needs to be updated in their spam filter to alleviate this problem.
