Error message saying please try again.

I have tried using send for signature and am getting an error message saying please try again. This was working fine up until this week

    Hi Neilp,

    As you get the error message when you try to Send for Signature, does it occurs with some particular document?

    Do you get this error message while sending documents for signature in Adobe Acrobat DC or in Adobe Sign?

    Please share the screenshot of the pages where you receive the error message.

    - Click on the insert image icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

    - Insert Image window will appear.

    - Click on Insert Image and then browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

    - Then select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

    Hi we are trying to send document for e-signing from yesterday and same error appear on screen

    Are you using Microsoft Office? I started getting the same error when I recently started using Microsoft Exchange.
