A client is trying to submit a document and is getting this error message:" Unhandled Error: 160909102125738.ord-prod-app16"

Any suggestions?

Hi Jason,

Going through the logs, i can see the error is being caused due to the same reason as already reported in this thread: Re: Server Error - Error message: Unhandled Error - HELP

If you scroll down in that thread, you will be able to see a workaround i provided till the actual problem is fixed.
