Error Message When Attempting to Edit a Webform

I am attempting to edit a webform that I created. However, when attempted, the following error message is received, "auth.services.adobe.com refused to connect." Please assist.

Adding to the suggestion shared by Mariahweyne.

 

Please try clearing the cache and cookies if you are using the browser. Sign out of the account and relaunch the browser.

Then, sign in again and check.

 

If you are using the desktop application, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4d5vhuU).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/3WMkY9k.
