Error Message when sending docs - Need help ASAP

Need help ASAP. Every time I try to send a pdf document out for signature, I get the following error message: "Unfortunately, we were not able to save your edits." There is no explanation of why it keeps erroring out, but none of my documents will send and I need to get these out immediately. I am using EchoSign from a PC. Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue.

I have been struggling to get ahold of support. This is the only information I found besides the forums.
