Error opening a "Send for Signature" document on Document Cloud.

Since the recent update, I am unable to open "Send for Signature" pdf's displayed on Adobe Document Cloud.

Are you still experiencing an issue when you use "Send for Signature" online on Adobe Document Cloud?

If yes, could you please share the exact error message you get on the screen?

We are not able to view the error message in the screenshot that you have shared with us.

Also, check if this error appears with the particular file or with all.
