Error refreshing access token: invalid_request : invalid refresh token

Hello

The connection with Salesforce was established by a previous admin but the Adobe Sign was not really used for a while. I got asked to put it back.

In adobe sign Admin, we have a linked Account. I can create a agreement and add a file. When I click next below Preview & Add Signature fields, we get the message:

 

Error refreshing access token: invalid_request : invalid refresh token

 

All users get the same in both Sandbox and production. What needs to be updated ?

@Alexis27658986dc7f thanks for reaching out. Please follow the steps below to rerun the setup:

  1. Go to the 'Acrobat Sign for Salesforce Lightning' page and select the Adobe Acrobat Sign Admin tab.
  2. Under Account settings, select Launch Setup Wizard and follow through the steps.
