Error sending a document from SharePoint online for signature

Just installed Adobe Sign add-on on a SharePoint. Sign options show up on contextual menu, but if I send a file for signatura, new winddow with url https://sharepointonline.echosign.com/XXXX opens but or it get stuck on a loadin loop or it answer with error "Adobe Sign login has expeired. Please contact your Adobe Sign account asministratot lo login again"

I am using user with same email on Adobe Sign Admin website and on SharePoint.

Any idea?
