Error sending documents for signatures

Hello,

We have noticed since Adobe Sign has switched over to the "new" experience we have had issues emailing documents to our customers.  We get as far as inserting an email address and then it says we cannot send the email.  Then I get an email saying Document Problem, we are unable to create thumbnails for your agreement.  Can anyone guide me through on how to fix this?
