Error te_date_commenced

Question

Im getting this error message come up on my iPad and iPhone, both fully up to date IOS and Acrobat, I need to be able to use the app to get signatures, it will work on a web browser.

Please let us know if the error occurs when sending a particular document.

Did you check if you can send the same document via the web account?

Would you mind sharing the screen recording of he steps you do when the error appears?
