versuche eine Formulare zu unterschreiben aber ich kriege die Meldung "Die Gültigkeit der Dokumentzertifizierung is UNBEKANNT, Verfasser könnte nicht überprüft werden" .....woran liegt es und wie kann ich das ändern? danke

If yes, please let us know how exatly you have recieved the document? 

Is it an issue with particular document? Did you check with the sender of the document?
